Annie Lou Alexander, a Colville tribal member and author, will read from her book, “Blood is Red . . . So Am I,” from 1-4 p.m. Monday, May 12, at the Nespelem Catholic Longhouse.
     The book is about Celilo Falls, which was covered in the late 1950s by waters from The Dalles Dam. Alexander said she grew up at Celilo Falls.
