Video by Doug Camp Footage of a fire on Jackass Butte near Okanogan on July 1 that includes phase to phase arcing on transmission lines. Arcing of the lines triggers a relay and causes a switch at the substation to open de-energizing the line, according to Okanogan PUD chief engineer Derek Miller.
